iDDS probe assays for IDH1 and IDH2 mutations

Point mutations in the isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) and IDH2 genes occur in up to 80% of grade II and III oligodendrogliomas, astrocytomas, and secondary glioblastomas. We developed iDDS probes against some of the most common oncogenic mutations in IDH1 (R132H, R132C) and IDH2 (R172K, R172M).
