GAPDH mRNA iDDS probe assaay

This pre-designed, single-iDDS probe assay enables GAPDH mRNA detection. The assay contains a reverse primer matching GAPDH Exon 4 for use in reverse transcriptase reactions. For qPCR, the assay also includes a single iDDS probe/antiprobe pair and flanking primers, which match GAPDH Exons 2–4.

The iDDS probe/antiprobe pair is labeled for detection in the FAM channel. The excess quencher-labeled antiprobe blocks false-positive detection in the absence of the intended target.
