Hepatitis B virus, S gene assay

Our hepatitis B Flip probe assay contains a Flip probe/antiprobe pair and a reverse primer. The FAM-labeled Flip probe detects the S gene of hepatitis B DNA, and can provide either quantitative real-time or endpoint detection. The quencher-labeled Flip antiprobe blocks false positives. Assay specificity was demonstrated with unrelated targets (human immunodeficiency virus-1 RNA or Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA)
