Most of our pre-designed and custom qPCR assays employ iDDS probes. iDDS probes can deliver error-resistant single-base discrimination over 20–30ºC annealing temperature ranges, making them an excellent choice for validating NGS results, studying SNPs, or discriminating against similar targets. iDDS probes are paired with nearly complimentary quencher-labeled antiprobes that prevent binding to off-targets. Custom dual-iDDS probe assays can be designed for simultaneous two-color detection of a target of interest.
