Macrolide-resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae

We have developed iDDS probes for the C2611T mutation of 23S rRNA, which has been associated with macrolide resistance in Neisseria gonorrhoeae. We have also developed an iDDS probe for the wild-type sequence. The probes are labelled for detection in separate channels.
